What is Loop by Twistag?
Loop by Twistag is a subscription service under which a dedicated team of senior Twistag engineers builds, hosts and operates custom AI systems for mid-market operations teams, starting with a two-week AI Readiness Audit and shipping the first production system typically within two to four weeks of kickoff.
Who is Loop for?
Operations, finance and customer-service leaders at companies of roughly 50 to 1,000 employees with document-heavy, repetitive processes that are still largely manual.
What does Loop cost?
You can start with a €500 trial week, a single payment with no subscription and no card kept on file. The subscription itself has three plans: Start at €6,400 per month, Embedded at €12,800 per month, and Team from €25,600 per month. Cloud infrastructure, model usage and third-party licences are billed separately.
What do I get for the €500?
One focused week with the senior Loop team, working towards one outcome agreed before work starts.
If you already know what you want to build, the week can be used for technical scoping, validation, integration work, a prototype or the first build increment.
If you're still deciding where to start, we assess your processes, data and integrations and deliver a scored shortlist of opportunities with a recommendation of what to build first.
The outcome is yours whether or not you continue.
What happens after I pay?
You'll receive an immediate payment confirmation and a booking calendar to schedule the kickoff with your senior engineer and project lead, at a time that suits you. If you'd rather we reached out, a member of the Loop team will email you within one business day.
During the kickoff, we review your priorities and agree the outcome for the week before work starts.
What happens on day 8?
We walk you through the completed work and recommend the next step. Nothing is charged automatically.
If you want to continue, we send you a separate payment link to start the Loop subscription from €6,400 per month. If you don't want to continue, you keep the work delivered during the trial and nothing else happens.
What if I don't want to continue?
Then you do nothing. There is no subscription to cancel and no card on file, so nothing further is charged. You keep everything the week produced, including the written recommendation. The €500 is not refunded, because it paid for the week and that deliverable.
Is the €500 credited against my first month?
No. The €500 buys the trial week and its deliverable. If you continue, month one is the full €6,400.
How is VAT handled?
Prices exclude VAT. At checkout we collect your VAT ID: EU businesses with a valid ID are reverse-charged, and Portuguese buyers are charged 23% VAT. Your invoice comes from Stripe with the correct treatment applied.
Can I pay by invoice or bank transfer instead?
Not at checkout, which takes cards. If your finance team needs to pay by transfer, book a 30-minute fit call and we'll arrange it directly.
What does a "running project" mean?
A project is running from kickoff until the system is live. Once it moves to the operate layer, the slot opens for the next system. Start keeps one project running at a time, Embedded keeps two, and Team runs a dedicated senior team across your roadmap. Everything already shipped continues to be hosted, monitored and maintained.
Who exactly works with me on each plan?
Every plan gives you a named senior engineer and a project lead. Embedded adds design and data expertise as the work needs it, and Team gives you a dedicated senior team with priority across your AI roadmap. You work with them directly in a shared Slack channel and a visible Linear request board.
When does the first system typically go live?
The first system is typically live 2 to 4 weeks after its kickoff. Before that, when the priority is not yet clear, the AI Readiness Audit runs in the first weeks of your subscription and ranks each opportunity by ROI, feasibility and data readiness, so the first kickoff starts from the strongest candidate. If you started with the €500 trial week, whatever that week produced carries straight into the subscription rather than being repeated.
What happens to systems after launch?
Everything we ship stays hosted, monitored and improved by us. Each month you receive an operate report covering what shipped, what is running, the value created and any incidents resolved.
What is included in the service fee and what is billed separately?
The service fee covers the team, the AI Readiness Audit, building your systems and operating everything already shipped. Cloud infrastructure, model usage and third-party licences are not included. We estimate those costs before build, ask for approval before anything is provisioned, and report ongoing usage separately. Whenever possible, these services are set up in your own accounts and billed directly to you by the provider.
Who owns the code, IP, accounts and documentation?
You do. Always. Code, IP and documentation are yours, and infrastructure accounts are set up in your name whenever possible. If you leave, everything is documented and portable.
What happens during the AI Readiness Audit?
In weeks 1 and 2 of your subscription, your named senior engineer and project lead assess your processes, data and integrations, then rank each opportunity by ROI, feasibility and data readiness. You leave with a clear roadmap of what to build first, and you keep it either way. You can also spend the €500 trial week on week one of this audit, if you would rather start there than start building.
What happens if the audit finds nothing worth building?
We refund your first month. The audit is included in every subscription, and if it cannot find a system worth building, you get month one back and keep the roadmap.
What is the commitment, cancellation notice and pause policy?
The €500 trial week is a single payment with no commitment attached. The subscription has no initial commitment: it runs monthly and you can cancel at any time with 15 days' notice. You can also pause the subscription for up to two months per year.
How are security, GDPR, NDA, DPA and EU hosting handled?
NDA and DPA are available, usually signed within days. Systems run on GDPR-compliant EU hosting by default, and we follow ISO 27001-aligned security practices.
Does booking a fit call create any commitment or paid discovery?
No. The fit call is 30 minutes to understand your priorities, stack and first potential system. If there is a fit, we recommend the right plan and send a clear one-page proposal. You decide whether to subscribe. No commitment and no paid discovery.
