# Loop by Twistag

> Loop by Twistag is a subscription service under which a dedicated team of senior Twistag engineers builds, hosts and operates custom AI systems for mid-market operations teams, starting with a two-week AI Readiness Audit and shipping the first production system typically within two to four weeks of kickoff.

Loop is a service of Twistag (https://twistag.com). Twistag is an AI, data and product engineering company headquartered in Lisbon, Portugal. Founded in 2016, it designs, builds and operates AI agents, AI-ready data platforms and AI-native software products for start-ups, scale-ups and enterprises across Europe and North America, with more than thirty AI agents running in production.

## Trial week

- 500 euros, one time: one week of senior AI engineering work. A single payment, no subscription and no card kept on file. You meet your named senior engineer and project lead, and before the week starts you agree one outcome: the work itself if you already know what you want built, or a scored shortlist of the AI opportunities in your business and a recommendation of what to build first if you do not. You finish the week with the completed work and a written recommendation of the next step, and both are yours whether or not you continue.
- After payment, a booking calendar opens for scheduling the kickoff with the named senior engineer and project lead; the Loop team emails within one business day for anyone who does not book. The outcome for the week is agreed at that kickoff, before work starts.
- Nothing is charged on day 8. If you continue, the subscription is started by a Stripe link and month one is the full 6,400 euros; the 500 euros is not credited against it.

## Plans

- Start, 6,400 euros per month: one active project, named senior engineer and project lead, managed hosting, monthly operations report.
- Embedded, 12,800 euros per month: two active projects in parallel, senior engineer and project lead, design and data expertise as needed, quarterly AI roadmap.
- Team, from 25,600 euros per month: dedicated senior team across the client's AI roadmap, weekly working session, board-ready reporting.

All plans: full code and IP ownership by the client, managed hosting, monthly reporting. Cloud infrastructure, model usage and third-party licences billed separately.

## Process

1. AI Readiness Audit, up to two weeks, run whenever the first priority is not yet clear: processes, data and integrations mapped; candidates scored on expected return on investment, technical feasibility and data readiness. Clients who already know what they want built skip straight to the build.
2. Build: first system typically live two to four weeks after kickoff.
3. Operate: hosting, monitoring and a monthly operations report.
